Canvassing work described by the witness

The witness said she worked four-hour shifts, spent most shifts outside gas stations, and returned collected registrations to management at an office. She said a manager placed the registrations in an envelope, but she did not know what happened to the envelopes afterward.

The witness recalled another office and alleged that an unidentified, redacted person there was instructed by management to invent phone numbers and dates of birth on voter-registration applications. The memo attributes this statement to the witness and does not present it as an FBI finding.
