FBI FD-302 Interview of a 2020 Voter-Registration Office Clerk
An FBI FD-302 records a July 7, 2025 interview of a former 2020 voter-registration office clerk about workplace procedures, canvasser compensation, and her personal impressions.
The witness said she worked as an office clerk from August through about October 2020, redacting voter forms collected by door-to-door canvassers. She described the information on the forms and said she could redact only correctly completed forms.
“The forms typically included an individual's name, date of birth, address, and telephone number.”
According to the witness, canvassers earned an hourly wage plus a production bonus and received their pay through loaded debit cards, not gift cards. She did not recall the number of forms needed for the bonus.
“Canvassers were paid approximately $10 USD per hour and were also paid $50 USD as a bonus for collecting a certain amount of application forms.”
The witness said she did not conspire to submit false applications, was not paid to do so, and did not pay or offer anyone else compensation to do so. She also said she did not know whether anyone at the redacted organization submitted false applications.
“did not work with or conspire with anyone to submit false applications.”
Personal suppression allegation, not an FBI finding
The witness nevertheless expressed a personal feeling that a redacted entity might have been trying to prevent votes for President Trump. The FD-302 expressly disclaims FBI recommendations or conclusions, so the statement is a witness allegation rather than an investigative finding.
“was possibly trying to suppress or prevent people from voting for President Trump.”
