An FBI Guardian complaint record dated October 2021 documents a woman's December 2020 report that she was registered and received election mail despite saying she had declined to register.
The complainant reported that on November 3, 2020, an unknown person wearing a Biden shirt came to her home, offered to collect her absentee ballot, and then offered to register her using a tablet after she said she was not registered. She said she declined and gave the person no personal information.

The record also reports zero Guardian results, one restricted Sentinel result in the Jacksonville Division and none in Detroit, and zero DIVS results for the queried identifying information; these query results do not themselves determine how the registration occurred.
